Support The Salvation Army’s Saskatoon Temple during the Christmas season through client service, volunteer coordination, and organized community programs.

This temporary seasonal full time position supports Community Services with kettles, toys, food hampers, and client interactions. You will work at 38 Bateman Crescent in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with variable shifts from Monday through Saturday. Duties include verifying applications, recording statistics, processing donations, and supporting volunteers. The position reports to the Community Services Team Lead or Corps Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist daily Community Services activities during Christmas season
- Support hamper distribution, toy shop, and kettle programs
- Verify client income documents and application information




- Record statistical data clearly, accurately, and systematically
- Provide direction and assistance to volunteers

Requirements:

- Completed secondary school education
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and required vehicle insurance
- Satisfactory background check and possible Abuse Registry screening
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift or move more than 40 pounds
