This Plant Controller oversees plant-level accounting and financial activities for a growing manufacturing operation. The position partners with leadership on profitability, productivity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day manufacturing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead plant accounting and accurate financial reporting
Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
Maintain standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis
Present KPIs and financial results to leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Five or more years of progressive manufacturing finance experience
Solid cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing background
Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
Robust analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
