As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee physical property maintenance, expense control, cleaning, and service delivery. The position includes supervising maintenance and cleaning staff, coordinating contractors, managing schedules, and addressing resident requests. You will also support budgets, capital plans, fire safety, emergency procedures, and vacant-unit turnovers.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain pumps, generators, HVAC, boilers, chillers, pools, and sprinklers
Supervise staff, contractors, service providers, and completed work quality
Address resident issues and service requests within 24 hours
Manage cleaning,



grounds, common areas, and vacant-unit preparation
Maintain fire safety logs and conduct required fire drills

Requirements:
Residential property management or related business experience
Solid customer service, selling, and communication skills
Ability to coach, train, motivate, and manage staff
Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude for minor repairs
Ability to lift, push heavy objects, and perform snow removal
