Lead Euna Grants implementations in Oakville with grants expertise, software configuration, and AI-enabled workflows. This hybrid role includes three office days weekly.
As an Implementation Manager, you will guide enterprise clients through discovery, configuration, training, go-live, and support. You will translate public sector grants knowledge into practical implementation work. The role requires managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions and document business processes and requirements
Configure Euna Grants using documented client requirements
Conduct UAT and monitor issue resolution to closure
Deliver virtual and written client training
Embed AI tools into daily implementation workflows
Requirements:
Five or more years in implementation, customer success, or account management
Working knowledge of grants management and compliance requirements
Technical acumen configuring SaaS software and understanding data relationships
Experience training clients in virtual settings
BA, BS, or equivalent work experience
