This Associate role supports Secretariat’s growing valuation and damages practice. You will contribute to business valuation, economic damages, expert reports, and financial models. The work spans post-acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes, contract breaches, and international arbitrations across industries. You will interact with clients, counsel, and qualified advisers while supporting hearings, trials, and mediations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare expert reports addressing business valuation and economic damages
Research economic, financial, industry, and company-specific information
Develop valuation assumptions, forecasts, discount rates, and financial inputs
Build, review,



and interpret financial and valuation models
Support client communications, hearings, trials, and mediations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or relevant discipline
Progress toward CBV, CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent designation
Approximately one to three years of relevant skilled experience
Robust analytical, quantitative, Excel, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret financial statements and prioritize competing demands
