The Ottawa Hospital seeks an Occupational Therapist for assessment and treatment within its Aspire Health team. This temporary position runs approximately until January 18, 2028, supporting musculoskeletal and neurology programs. The work includes return-to-work assessments, interventions, processes, and resources in a satellite location.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients in WSIB MSK and Neurology programs
Provide treatment within the Aspire Health team
Complete readiness to return to work assessments
Apply appropriate interventions, processes, and resources
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when required
Requirements:
Master's degree in occupational therapy or recognized equivalent
Successful College registration and examination process completion
Knowledge of COTO regulatory standards and return-to-work practices
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility to work in Canada
