Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the hematology field medical plan
Lead, mentor, and develop field-based Medical Science Liaison teams

Requirements:
University degree in science or health-related field
At least seven years pharmaceutical industry experience
Majority of experience in medical affairs
Solid knowledge of GCP, IMC Code, and compliance policies
Experience developing medical strategy or field medical plans
