As a Freight Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of non-Pattern freight accounts. You will own revenue, gross profit, retention, and account growth while quoting freight and sourcing carrier rates. The work includes regular MBRs and QBRs, customer escalations, load pricing, and responsive communication.

Requirements:
Experience in freight, logistics, transportation, 3PL, or account management
Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
Understanding of pricing, carrier rates, and transportation operations
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Organization across multiple priorities and spreadsheets
