As a Patient Financing Specialist, you will manage relationships from application through final payment. You will guide patients through funding, explain payment schedules, and handle servicing requests. Your work will also support fertility clinics and improve how Lettuce serves patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide patients through applications and funding by phone, email, and chat
Manage payment changes, debit updates, payoff quotes, and inquiries
Restructure financing plans within established policy frameworks
Answer clinic questions about approvals, disbursements,
and refunds
Maintain accurate loan management system records
Requirements:
Two-plus years in loan servicing, banking, collections, or customer success
Comfort with numbers and explaining payments in plain language
Empathy and clarity during difficult financial conversations
Solid organization, writing, dependability, and follow-through
Curiosity about lending and fintech
