You will guide early childhood educators, oversee staffing and enrollment, and maintain licensing, safety, health, and compliance standards. The position also involves classroom programming, family communication, performance management, and resource monitoring.

Requirements:
Two to five-plus years in licensed childcare or early learning
Leadership or supervisory experience in childcare

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field
