As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will support iA’s Group Insurance, Savings and Retirement transformation. You will translate requirements into robust architecture, evolve solutions across technology dimensions, and help improve client experience, processes, growth, and efficiency. The role requires leadership across multidisciplinary teams and technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate business and technical requirements into robust architecture solutions
Design integration, security, performance, cloud, and mobility solutions
Lead solution reviews and approve architecture decisions




Oversee implementation and validate requirements against test results
Maintain architecture decision traceability and technical documentation

Requirements:
Knowledge of Salesforce, Financial Services Cloud, and Data 360
Understanding of Azure cloud settings and MuleSoft
Twelve years in information technology, including five architecture years
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
Advanced English and intermediate French communication proficiency
