This Applications Engineering Specialist provides expert technical support to owners, contractors, technicians, sales representatives, and internal customers. The position coordinates quotations, product submittals, wiring diagrams, training, and documentation. It also supports field visits, product testing, and customer solutions for configurable airflow-control products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize incoming requests and urgent critical submissions
Provide immediate technical guidance and support field visits
Prepare quotations, submittals, and wiring diagrams
Deliver technical presentations and customer training
Maintain CRM case records and technical documentation
Requirements:
College diploma or university degree in engineering or equivalent
Willingness to travel, typically not exceeding 50%
Robust communication, organization, interpersonal, and detail skills
Customer service aptitude and desire for excellence
Basic HVAC, controls, or mechanical systems understanding an asset
Support Antec Controls customers with technical applications, airflow controls, documentation, and responsive engineering-focused service.
