Support Netcracker OSS/BSS applications remotely through administration, configuration, integration, and performance optimization for telecommunications operations.
This senior specialist role requires Netcracker experience across Order Management, Inventory Management, Service Fulfillment, and Billing. You will support telecom business processes, enterprise integrations, and operational continuity. The contract is remote and lasts 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and support Netcracker OSS/BSS modules
Monitor application health and resolve application-related issues
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
Participate in upgrades, patch management, and release deployments
Support Netcracker integrations with enterprise systems
Requirements:
3–5 years supporting or implementing Netcracker OSS/BSS applications
Knowledge of telecom order-to-cash and service provisioning processes
Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, UNIX/Linux, and shell scripting
Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and middleware platforms
ITIL, ITSM, network inventory, or DevOps knowledge is advantageous
Apply Netcracker, telecom process, database, API, and integration expertise to support remote OSS/BSS operations.
