Key Responsibilities:
Underwrite acquisitions and portfolio transactions through financial modelling
Conduct due diligence, financing analysis, and investment returns analysis
Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and investment risks
Prepare reporting packages and updates for equity partners




Evaluate recent opportunities using market research and investment analysis

Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant skilled experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong financial modelling capabilities
Understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
Real estate investment or portfolio management experience considered an asset
