As Internal Assurance Partner, you will assess controls protecting ATB Financial assets across diverse portfolios. Apply audit principles, critical thinking, and financial services knowledge to operational, compliance, and integrated assurance work. The position supports strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risk management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop audit strategies assessing risk management, controls, and governance
Conduct operational, compliance, and integrated controls assurance engagements
Prepare work programs, test sheets, findings, and final reports
Facilitate planning meetings, ongoing discussions, and exit conferences




Ensure significant control concerns receive timely stakeholder attention

Requirements:
Minimum five years in internal audit, external audit, or risk management
Understanding of audit principles, risk concepts, and control standards
Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders
Financial services background, including banking or capital markets experience
Ability to interpret large datasets and create data visualizations
