As an Inventory Control Assistant, you will support general inventory control for Xanadu’s cutting-edge lab. Your work includes asset tracking, shipping and receiving, equipment organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will help keep lab operations running smoothly through daily checklists and practical support.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain weekly lab stock levels and accurate accounting
Update inventory software with correct data
Tag assets and deliver items between Xanadu locations
Package sensitive items and monitor outbound shipments
Support audits,



equipment checklists, and organizational improvements

Requirements:
Two or more years in inventory, shipping, receiving, or data management
Legal eligibility to work in Canada and in office availability
Valid Ontario G license or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize requests
