AGCO seeks a Strategic Planning Advisor with strong research and analytical skills for permanent, full-time, in-office work at Head Office in Toronto.

The Advisor supports enterprise and divisional strategic planning, corporate performance and prioritization. Working with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams, this role develops insights, plans, reports and decision-support materials. Success requires transparent writing, facilitation and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate planning inputs, timelines, deliverables and process improvements
Research priorities, commitments, risks, dependencies and emerging opportunities
Develop Business Plan, Annual Report and reporting products
Analyze performance measures, indicators, targets, dashboards and trends




Prepare executive, Board-level and decision-support materials

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in public policy, business or related field
Experience supporting strategic, corporate or business planning
Knowledge of performance measurement and project management concepts
Robust qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
