Operate registers and serve students as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Follett’s campus bookstore. Flexible opening, midday, closing, and weekend shifts are required.

Follett supports students and schools across the United States and Canada through digital content, course materials, and campus merchandise. This seasonal associate role lasts a few days to 90 days, based on store needs. You will process payments, stock merchandise, fulfill orders, and support campus events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate cash registers and process cash, credit, and financial aid payments
- Stock, organize, price, and display merchandise and signage
- Pick, pack, and process online and in-store orders
- Provide customer service during graduation and sports events




- Maintain clean, organized, welcoming store environments

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Lift 25–50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts
- Remain available for flexible shifts, including weekends
