Coordinate legal practice operations at Gowling WLG using financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. This position is based in Vancouver or Calgary. The Practice Manager supports practice groups by coordinating business planning, operational processes, performance reporting, and approved strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Practice Director, you will work with Practice Directors, Practice Group Leaders, Department Chairs, and Business Services leaders. The role emphasizes execution, analysis, reporting, and follow-through while strategic direction remains with the Senior Practice Director. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations and implement approved practice-group priorities Build action plans, timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and reporting processes Analyze billings, collections, realization, utilization, profitability,



and performance Prepare reporting packages and support budgeting and forecasting Coordinate meetings, projects, workforce planning, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, management, finance, or related discipline Five to seven years of relevant practice-management or skilled-services experience Strong financial acumen and performance-reporting experience Project-management, planning, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Apply practice operations, financial reporting, and project coordination expertise to support Gowling WLG’s legal professionals in Vancouver or Calgary.
