Key Responsibilities:
Lead production, scheduling, quality, warehousing, shipping, and site operations
Develop and monitor operational systems, processes, and key performance indicators
Analyze metrics to improve efficiency and timely task completion
Recommend process improvements and equipment investments




Hold site leaders accountable for operational performance

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or operations management
At least 10 years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience
Experience planning and managing effective operational processes
Solid team-building, coaching, decision-making, and people leadership skills
Knowledge of budgets, capital plans, cost accounting, and manufacturing systems
