As Transportation Manager, you will report to the Commercial Manager within ADM’s Ag Services and Oilseeds business. The full time, exempt position oversees transportation execution, asset utilization, inventory control, and collaboration across commercial, operations, logistics, administrative, and production teams. Your work supports timely deliveries and effective plant-to-customer execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute logistics pipelines for timely deliveries
Coordinate plant-to-customer transportation with commercial teams
Oversee 200-plus private covered hopper cars
Manage and monitor more than 30,000 annual truckloads
Lead cross-functional meetings supporting daily strategic alignment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation, business, or related field
Five-plus years in transportation, logistics, or commodity trading
Excel spreadsheet and pivot table proficiency
Strategic, analytical, and organized approach to complex logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bring transportation leadership, logistics analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ADM’s Windsor operations across domestic and export markets.
