Interior Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse for its 16-bed Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. You will work independently and within an interdisciplinary team supporting patients with acute mental health challenges. The program emphasizes wellness education, relapse prevention, and community transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to psychiatric inpatients
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and psychology
Enhance quality of life for patients and families




Apply continuous improvement and evidence-based nursing practice
Participate in committees and approved research projects

Requirements:
Graduation from an approved school of nursing
Two years' recent related mental health experience
Current BCCNM practicing registration
Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered
