This Manager leads transaction advisory engagements for buyers and sellers involved in mergers and acquisitions. The work combines quality of earnings, EBITDA sustainability, working capital, and asset quality analysis. You will also manage projects, budgets, deliverables, client relationships, and team coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead transaction advisory and due diligence engagements
Analyze quality of earnings and EBITDA sustainability
Assess working capital and asset quality
Identify transaction risks and prospects

Requirements:
Four to five years of qualified services experience
M&A; due diligence transaction advisory experience
Solid financial analysis and financial modeling experience
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Hybrid availability in Montréal and required travel
