Lead high-volume trades recruitment with Jardeg, using sourcing and screening expertise to support talent acquisition across construction and maintenance projects.
As a Workforce Trades Recruiter, you will support the Talent Acquisition Team while reporting to the Recruitment Lead. The position centers on full-cycle recruitment for qualified trades specialists, robust hiring-manager partnerships, and timely hiring. Your work also contributes to recruitment initiatives and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume trade roles
Create requisitions, post jobs, source, screen, and interview candidates
Complete reference checks and issue offer letters
Partner with agencies, schools, associations, and community organizations
Maintain applicant tracking systems, databases, reporting, and manpower forecasts
Requirements:
High School Diploma and three-plus years trades recruitment experience
Alternatively, diploma or certificate with three-plus related years
High-volume recruiting experience is required
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking experience is an asset
