As a Senior Retirement Planning Advisor, you will provide advanced guidance throughout the member lifecycle. You will explain retirement timing, survivor perks, government advantages, and pension-related tax considerations. You will also support member education, organizational initiatives, and HOOPP’s retirement planning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide retirement guidance, education, and exceptional member service
Lead complex conversations and explain retirement income options
Manage inquiries, documentation, follow-up, and external coordination
Handle sensitive cases and resolve difficult situations
Deliver seminars, webinars,



and educational sessions for diverse audiences

Requirements:
Seven years’ related pension, retirement planning, or financial services experience
Advanced financial or retirement planning designation, or enrollment willingness
Completed relevant university degree or college diploma
Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel
