This regular full time leader oversees acute care delivery sites and supports Site Leaders within the Hospital-Based Leadership framework. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction across assigned rural hospital sites
Support Site Leaders implementing the Hospital-Based Leadership framework
Drive clinical operations, service delivery, and patient flow
Manage quality, safety, workforce, financial, and capital performance

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in healthcare, healthcare management, or business administration
Minimum five years managing within a healthcare workplace
