Lead financial operations for a multidisciplinary healthcare organization in Ontario, applying GAAP, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance expertise. Guide leaders and protect financial integrity.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance Manager oversees accounting and financial functions across the organization. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role also advises senior leadership and the Board while leading a small Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
Prepare monthly updates, quarterly statements, and required funding reports
Lead operating budgets, financial planning, variance monitoring, and forecasting
Coordinate year-end close,



external audits, T4s, and supporting documentation
Improve financial systems, controls, processes, and departmental effectiveness

Requirements:
University degree and minimum five years relevant financial management experience
Chartered Qualified Accountant designation in valuable standing
Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a finance team
Solid GAAP, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting knowledge
QuickBooks Desktop and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
