The Product Team Lead brings 10+ years across product management, business transformation, enterprise applications, digital delivery, or comparable programs. You will guide Enterprise Management System initiatives through product vision, outcome-based roadmaps, Product Books, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. Success requires translating business needs into actionable delivery priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize features with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain transformation backlogs and inform product roadmaps
Direct Product Agile Release Trains through vision and priorities
Apply human-centered design to product decisions
Measure adoption, service performance, outcomes, advantages, and return on investment
Requirements:
10+ years in product or complex technology delivery experience
5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams and outcomes
Experience delivering large-scale Enterprise Management System programs
3+ years with Agile or scaled Agile delivery
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled experience
