As a Sales Coordinator, you will support an experienced financial services sales team. You will engage Investment Advisors, promote investment products, generate business prospects, and coordinate appointments. Key Responsibilities:
Call existing and prospective Investment Advisors across Western Canada
Promote investment products and identify business opportunities
Build qualified relationships through consistent follow-up




Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Representatives
Maintain advisor interactions and sales activities in CRM

Requirements:
College diploma or undergraduate degree in any discipline
Sales, customer service, relationship management, or financial services experience preferred
Comfort making frequent outbound calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
