Responsibilities span accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll administration, reconciliations, filings, and financial coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Reconcile banking, credit cards, and intercompany accounts
Administer payroll and monthly DAS and GST/QST filings




Maintain bookkeeping for multiple entities and corporate structures
Coordinate cross-border transactions and external financial matters

Requirements:
Understand bookkeeping fundamentals and corporate accounting workflows
Handle intercompany relationships across multiple companies simultaneously
Identify and resolve financial inconsistencies
Use QuickBooks Online in a multiuser workplace
Write fluently in French and English
