As an early-career IT Analyst, you will serve as DealMaker’s first contact for day-to-day technology requests. You will support IT operations while building experience in security and compliance. The role includes documentation, automation, and guided exposure to audit-ready practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the IT ticket queue and respond to requests
Troubleshoot Mac, Windows, and office infrastructure issues
Maintain documentation for repeatable, auditable IT work
Automate recurring tasks to reduce errors and manual effort
Support security and compliance requests with guidance

Requirements:
Early-career help desk, IT support, co-op, or internship experience
Comfort troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Google Workspace
Understanding of Python, Bash, or PowerShell automation
Robust written communication and consistent documentation habits
Ability to work from DealMaker’s Toronto office
