Montreal-based Financial Product Specialist role focused on risk management products, client solutions, technical troubleshooting, and financial data quality.

At TS Imagine, you will support market-leading products covering all asset classes and buy-side and sell-side services. After training and shadowing, investigate complex issues, explore business flows, and deliver solutions. Build knowledge of valuation, hedging, risk management, APIs, and financial markets while collaborating with software, data, product, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate workflows, troubleshoot faults, review logs, and analyze data
Test applications and APIs, replicating failures with sample data
Improve financial instrument, corporate action, and quantitative data quality




Communicate case updates clearly to clients and internal teams
Maintain TS Imagine product expertise and documentation

Requirements:
Science, mathematics, engineering, quantitative finance, or economics degree
Broad understanding of finance and associated risk strategies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Practical API configuration or development experience highly desirable
Client-oriented, team-oriented, troubleshooting-focused approach
