This IT Systems Developer supports electronic publishing for Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals. You will participate in developing, implementing, and supporting existing applications for technical publications. The work includes databases, web development, electronic files, and application documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop databases and related programs
Assist with application design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
Develop electronic files and generate SGML/XML publications
Maintain electronic files for Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals




Install software and train end users on modified systems

Requirements:
Post-secondary computer studies education concentrating on computer programming
Knowledge of SGML, SQL, Microsoft Access, Java, XML, JavaScript, and DHTML
Experience in system analysis
Solid written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently
Eligibility for Controlled Goods, ITAR, and Canadian security requirements
