Manage third-party business arrangements in Toronto using vendor governance, risk management, and performance analysis expertise. Work 37.5 hours within TD Procurement & Sourcing.

As Vendor Manager II, you will oversee arrangements throughout the TPML and align activities with TD frameworks, policies, and standards. The work includes sourcing intake, third-party onboarding, financial health monitoring, SLA analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. You will also support transitions, terminations, remediation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage third-party arrangements throughout all TPML stages
Initiate sourcing requests and complete the TPRA process
Establish onboarding governance and stakeholder interaction models
Monitor financial health, performance, SLAs, SLOs,



and KPIs
Document risks, escalate issues, and support remediation plans

Requirements:
Expert knowledge of vendor management and related domains
Working knowledge of broader related business areas
Ability to analyze complex problems involving multiple stakeholders
Experience interpreting policies, standards, and analytical results
Ability to lead independently and guide others
