As Assistant Manager, you will support the Home Care Nursing Services Manager and Continuing Care Nursing program. The permanent full time position emphasizes leadership, problem solving, mentoring, human resource management, and effective community care. You will help ensure staff have the skills and education needed for best practice while supporting timely clinical nursing care.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Licensed or eligible with the NSNMR
Five years' current community or acute care experience
Minimum three years' management experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
