This General Merchandise Associate position supports customers and colleagues across assigned sales floor areas. You will assist with product selection, promote products and services, provide Front End coverage when required, and maintain merchandise through stocking, recovery, downstocking, and modular execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover assigned sales floor areas and support Front End coverage
- Communicate with associates to maintain floor coverage
- Move feature merchandise to modular locations
- Pick and stock products accurately and on time
- Apply product protection when needed
Requirements:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Remain available for diverse shifts based on business needs
- Manage high task volumes efficiently and accurately
- Maintain focus during overnight hours when scheduled
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
