As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Nurse, you will work under the Manager, Health Services. The position includes independent nursing services, interventions, treatments, healthcare-team leadership, and discharge coordination. Recent related mental health experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing services to patients
- Administer interventions and treatments independently
- Lead within the healthcare team
- Coordinate patient care and discharge
- Prioritize care for individual or groups of patients
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved psychiatric or registered nursing program
- Active CRPNM or CRNM registration and proof
- Current CPR training meeting employer policy
- Recent related mental health experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
