Key Responsibilities:
Create staffing and utilization best practices with leadership
Lead weekly staffing meetings and validate forecasts
Match developers with projects using defined constraints
Manage utilization, bandwidth, and developer well-being
Develop metrics tracking staffing efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Five years managing programs or projects in technology settings
Five years staffing teams, consulting, or corporate strategy
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
Experience with capacity planning models preferred
