Process pooled-fund trades with advanced Excel skills in a full time mutual fund operations position. Liaise with custodians and resolve trade-related issues accurately.

This Analyst, Mutual Fund Operations position supports trading, transfers, account maintenance, and unitholder recordkeeping. You will work with custodians, portfolio managers, operational teams, and external parties. The work includes registered accounts, systematic plans, tax slips, reconciliations, NAV calculations, financial reporting, and audit inquiries. Process improvement is also central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:
Process pooled-fund trades through the proprietary monitoring system
Manage account opening, maintenance, and custodian transfers
Respond to fund and unitholder information queries
Support reconciliations,



NAV calculations, reporting, and audits
Identify automation opportunities across operational workflows

Requirements:
Three to eight years in operations-focused work
Investment, banking, or fund operations experience preferred
Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics undergraduate degree
Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Robust detail, analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
