Key Responsibilities:
Manage market events from initial alert through settlement
Call coincident peaks across IESO, PJM, and NYISO
Control batteries through the energy management system
Send accurate, timely customer event notifications
Review outcomes and improve procedures and tools

Requirements:
Two to five years in energy sector operations
Understanding of electricity markets and commercial electricity bills
Comfort making decisions from forecasts and probabilities
Exact written communication for customer instructions
Daily AI use and availability during peak seasons
