The Specialty Beauty Advisor represents Lancôme and Ulta Beauty across color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will determine guest needs, recommend merchandise, and communicate product knowledge. The position supports sales, loyalty, events, customer relationships, and store standards through service, retail performance, and operating compliance.
