Key Responsibilities:
Drive cost intelligence across budgets, forecasts, commitments, and cash flow
Identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks with Program Controls
Monitor expenditures against budgets and contractual obligations
Apply Earned Value Management for executive reporting




Validate cost data and coordinate adjustments with Finance

Requirements:
Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or related discipline
10+ years managing costs on infrastructure or construction programs
Expertise in Earned Value Management and financial analysis
Knowledge of program controls, cost, schedule, scope, and risk
Proficiency with cost management software and Microsoft Office
