Connect with prospective residents and build relationships
Generate leads and convert interest into results
Deliver positive customer experiences throughout the process

Requirements:
Three or more years in residential leasing and property management
Robust knowledge of the local rental market
Comfort with leasing systems, CRM tools, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Availability five days weekly, including weekends and holidays
