As a Senior Business Process Analyst, Logistics, you will connect people, processes, and technology across a growing AI hardware company. The work spans logistics, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and external freight, customs, and warehouse partners. You will help close process gaps, support ERP adoption, and strengthen logistics system integration and master data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Map and improve end-to-end shipping, customs, warehouse, and returns processes
Gather requirements and close ERP configuration gaps
Map integrations with PLM, TMS, carriers, and customs platforms




Maintain logistics master data standards and quality
Document SOPs and lead workflow training and adoption

Requirements:
