As a Recruiter, you will manage hiring across engineering, design, product, sales, operations, and other functions. You will partner with hiring managers, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offers and onboarding. Your work will help build teams for a Canadian digital design and software development company.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner with leaders to define hiring requirements
Source candidates through research, outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conduct screening interviews and provide explicit recommendations




Maintain pipelines, records, trackers, and recruitment reporting

Requirements:
At least two years of recruitment experience
Robust interviewing skills and sound candidate judgment
Success proactively engaging passive candidates
Experience using ATS, HRIS, and recruitment platforms
