The Senior Manager leads company-wide travel and event governance, operations and vendor performance. This senior role connects business teams, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance and external vendors. It drives policy compliance, spending insights, cost savings and improved colleague experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as subject-matter expert for travel and event policies
Oversee business travel, conferences, group travel and events
Monitor vendors, contracts, service levels and contractual commitments
Analyze spending, booking behaviour, exceptions and unused credits
Develop leadership reporting on compliance, savings and performance
Requirements:
Five-plus years of progressive experience in related areas
Solid budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation and cost-management skills
Experience applying policies and financial or operational controls
Vendor management, contracts, negotiations and service-performance experience
Solid Excel, analytical, communication and organization skills
