Key Responsibilities:
Lead operations across Quebec and Nova Scotia locations
Meet delivery, tracing, dispatching, claims, and scanning standards
Optimize regional costs and improve EBIT performance

Requirements:
Five to seven years management experience in service companies
Post-secondary courses in appropriate disciplines
Bilingual French and English communication skills
Leadership experience in union settings with negotiation skills
