Schlegel Villages seeks a Nurse Practitioner to support quality resident care within its long-term care community. The role combines clinical practice, education, leadership, and quality improvement. You will guide interdisciplinary teams while supporting holistic care for residents and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete assessments and support diagnostic testing procedures
Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic testing results
Lead resident-centered palliative care services
Educate and support multidisciplinary Village teams
Participate in clinical reviews and quality initiatives

Requirements:
Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience completing comprehensive geriatric assessments
Current Heart Save Level CPR certification
Current AIS certification
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring healthcare specialists
