This Change Specialist supports Finance Transformation projects at Kruger Products. The work includes impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness plans, and adoption metrics. Execute change plans across Finance Transformation projects
Complete impact assessments and stakeholder analyses

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three or more years of change management experience
Prosci certification or equivalent
