Pinchin seeks an AutoCAD Technician for its Building Science & Sustainability team. You will prepare drawings for building assessments, restoration, repairs, reports, and construction documents. The work supports collaboration with engineers, project managers, and technologists while developing building science knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for building science projects
Develop floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, and details
Draft building envelope assemblies and related components
Prepare figures for assessments, reports, specifications, and construction documents




Revise drawings using technical markups and project direction

Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in architectural, civil, building, or CAD technology
Demonstrated experience preparing and editing AutoCAD technical drawings
Understanding of building components and construction terminology is an asset
Robust attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn building science concepts
